We strive to make the reconciliation process as seamless as possible to ensure your shopping experience remains top-tier.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Sprinlock account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and accessories are included, and attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup; ensure you retain your tracking receipt for verification purposes.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
